You will be guided on how to use the breath to access a calm and grounded sense of clarity. 


Using two different breathing patterns and 5 guided experiences, you will peel back the layers that keep you emotionally and energetically stuck to access the possibility that opens up when you live a heart-led life. 


I know, this sounds like fluff – but the breath is one of the most powerful tools at our fingertips for moving the emotional and energetic gunk that keeps us stuck. 


In this challenge you will familiarize yourself with the practice of breathwork and have everything you need to build a supportive practice.
