Soulbody Breathwork is an active breathing meditation that uses a three-part pranayama-style of breathing that helps you get out of your head and into your body.
If you are feeling stuck, disconnected or lacking in clarity, our style of breathwork will help you sift through your emotional gunk and find clarity and certainty through a connection to your hearts wisdom.
You will leaved feeling calmer and more embodied.
WHO IS THIS CHALLENGE FOR?
This free 5-Day breathwork challenge is for you if you find yourself disconnected from your authentic yourself, constantly seeking answers to questions like, 'What is my purpose?', and are on the never-ending quest to embody 'self-love'. This is an invitation to go inward and hear the whispers of your own heart.
This challenge will help you build a new practice to support you as you walk the path to your highest self.
